Grief Is Not a Problem to Be Solved. It Is a Loss to Be Honoured.

I did not choose this work. It chose me. Thirty years of watching how people break and how they heal. Fifteen years of sitting with people in the most honest and most painful moments of their lives. And a lifetime of being the person in the room who asks the questions nobody else is asking.

A Personal Note from Dilys

I know grief from the inside. Not as a theory or a framework but as a lived experience that changed the trajectory of my life and my work. My book Not This Widow was born from that experience, and from the belief that grief deserves to be met honestly rather than managed into silence. That experience is why I do this work.

Two women sitting in a living room, one comforting the other who is crying, with a small table and a bookshelf in the background.

You Do Not Have to Be Widowed to Need This

Grief is not only the loss of a person. It is the loss of a relationship, a marriage, an identity, a version of your future you had already begun to imagine.

It is any loss that has not been fully honoured and that continues to live in you. This coaching is for anyone carrying a loss that has not been properly met.

What Grief Coaching Involves

This is a coaching relationship that creates genuine, unhurried space for you to name what you have lost, understand how it has affected you, and begin moving through rather than around what you are carrying. We work at your pace. There is no agenda other than your honesty and your healing.
