When you purchase a digital product including ebooks and audiobooks from dilyssillah.com you receive a personal non-commercial licence to use that product for your own personal development purposes. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce the product in any form.

Digital products are delivered by download immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products we are unable to offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded except where required by law.

If you experience a technical problem with your download please contact dilys@dilyssillah.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

03. Dilys' Conversation Decoder

Dilys' Conversation Decoder is provided as a reflective tool for personal use. By using the tool you agree that the outputs are for personal reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

You agree not to submit any content through the Decoder that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

The free version of the Decoder provides one free reading. Additional readings require email registration. The Pro subscription version is subject to separate subscription terms.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, the Glass Framework™ methodology, Dilys' Conversation Decoder™, The Capacity to Heal™, The Capacity to Love™, and all other named methodologies and brand assets are the intellectual property of Dilys Sillah and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

05. How We Store Your Data

Your personal data is stored securely. Email addresses collected through dilysillah.com are stored within Mailchimp, our email marketing platform. Mailchimp is a reputable third party service provider based in the United States that complies with UK GDPR through standard contractual clauses.

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list your data will be removed from our active list promptly. Contact form submissions are retained for no longer than two years.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilys Sillah and Golden Touch Coaching and Consultancy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any products or services purchased through it.
