You Were Not Broken by What Happened to You. But You May Need Help Finding Your Way Back.
The Capacity to Heal™ is a twelve session coaching programme for anyone carrying wounds that have never been properly seen, named, or addressed. Not therapy. Not crisis support. A structured, rigorous, deeply personal coaching journey that takes you from understanding what depleted your glass to beginning the genuine work of restoring it.
Who This Programme Is For
This programme is for anyone who knows, at some level, that they are functioning from a place of depletion rather than wholeness. Who has been getting on with life while carrying something that has never been fully addressed. Who is tired of managing symptoms without understanding the source. Who is ready, or nearly ready, to do the work properly. It is not for people in acute mental health crisis. It is not a substitute for therapy when therapy is what is needed. It is for people who are fundamentally well and fundamentally capable, and who know that there is more available to them than what they are currently living.
What the Programme Covers
-
Understanding the Glass
We begin with The Glass Framework™. Understanding what your glass looked like before life began depleting it. Identifying the specific experiences, relationships, and patterns that took from it. And understanding how those depletions are showing up in your life today.
-
Naming the Wounds
What you cannot identify you cannot articulate. What you cannot articulate you cannot name. And what you cannot name you cannot heal. A significant part of this programme is the work of giving language to what has happened to you with precision and without minimisation.
-
Understanding Your Patterns
The wounds that were never properly addressed do not disappear. They become patterns. Ways of relating, responding, protecting, and avoiding that were adaptive at the time and that have become limiting since. We examine those patterns honestly and begin the work of changing them.
-
The Work of Restoration
The second half of the programme is forward-facing. Understanding what restoration genuinely requires. Building the practices, the boundaries, the relationships, and the self-relationship that allow the glass to refill and stay fuller.
Programme Details
Twelve sessions, each sixty minutes, delivered via video call. Sessions are scheduled fortnightly or weekly depending on your preference and the nature of the work. All sessions are strictly confidential. An initial consultation is available at £197 for individuals and £250 for couples. This fee is offset against the programme cost should you choose to proceed.
